Working Together to Protect our Community and Advance our Academic Mission

UChicago Health Pact

When it comes to limiting the spread of COVID-19 in the University of Chicago community, we’re all in this together. Take the steps to help protect fellow students, faculty, other academic appointees, postdoctoral researchers, staff and community members by upholding the UChicago Health Pact. As a shared commitment to preventing the spread of COVID-19, the UChicago Health Pact helps reinforce a culture of public health as people return to campus.

In addition to complying with the UChicago Health Pact, everyone who returns to campus is required to complete a brief training and sign an electronic form attesting that they will uphold required safety precautions.

The UChicago Health Pact

When back on campus, we ask that everyone commit to protecting our community by following the UChicago Health Pact – a brief reminder of our commitment to uphold public health requirements.

Because We’re All In This Together

We all share in the responsibility of helping keep the University community safe and healthy. Messages around campus, University websites and social media will serve as reminders of masking and social distancing practices as well as other health measures.
